Eligibility

For a Subscriber to be eligible for consideration, the following criteria should be met.

Be gainfully employed within the state, by the State government, Federal, or Cooperate Organization

Must have occupied the premises for at least one year preceding the new tenancy

The apartment / accommodation must be within the state

Must not be indebted to other Financial Institutions

Must not have any criminal record
